Vegan Buffalo Chicken Style Oyster Mushroom Sandwich Recipe.
Every now and then I throw all my “healthy eating” out of the door and give into the temptation for food that is ridiculously scrumptious and kinda bad…. I’ve never been a buffalo sauce person but I worship sriracha sauce so I thought. “Why not coat fried oyster mushrooms in sriracha sauce and make a sandwich. Oh, and make a ranch mayo to go with it.” And that is exactly what I did.
