❝ Well worth it. Just to qualify my review, I was a chef for 25 years. These are beautiful Vanilla beans. Mine were all 17.5cm in length. Fat moist & with a lot of seed. I halved & sliced into half, scraped all seed, made a Vanilla seed syrup. The halves I divided into 3 groups. 1/3 put into sugar for Vanilla sugar. 2/3 finely chopped. Divide into 2 groups, 1 group into vodka, 2nd group into rum. These 2 in spirit are for paste once they break down properly & get blended. Great beans, thank you.❞
