So I never really ate Peking Duck all that much until I found the one at the Setai in South Beach, if you know, you know. That place used to have the best Chinese food ever. I am so excited about this recipe, the flavors are so perfect and the texture of the trumpet mushrooms so beautifully mimics the duck while leaving our little feathered friends to live happy and free!
