No flour, no problem! Have you also been desperate to find flour in the supermarket lately but couldn’t find any? So I decided to only use ingredients that you can easily get hold of during the coronavirus crisis. I replaced flour with box standard breakfast oats! I came up with the idea when I was desperate making a cake and was looking for flour replacement ideas. And when I saw a pack of oats in my cupboard I thought I must give it a try! And then added some bananas for their binding quality and came up with this super moist chocolate cake recipe. It’s very delicious and super easy to make. All you need is a box standard smoothie blender and you are ready to go!
