
Usually deep fried in small torpedo shaped balls this version is a baked kibbeh and is the healthier version of a Middle Eastern classic.
Fragrant spinach, chickpeas and walnuts between two layers of a slightly sweet and crisp coating of pumpkin and bulgur wheat. It can be put together for dinner in 30 minutes.
